This website is operated by Saveit Furniture. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Saveit Furniture. Saveit Furniture offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
Section 1: Online Store and General Terms
- By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
- You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- You understand that your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks, while credit card information is always encrypted during transmission.
Section 2: Custom Manufacturing ("Bespoke") and Modifications
Nature of Product: Our products are custom-made specifically to your order (Commission System). Therefore, the customer acknowledges that these pieces cannot be treated as "ready-made" furniture regarding return policies.
Specification Confirmation: We commit to sending photos of materials and finishes for your approval before production begins.
Modifications: Requests for modifications are permitted before the actual start of manufacturing. Once the final confirmation is received via WhatsApp regarding the design and colors, the Manufacturing Order is issued.
Restriction on Late Modifications: No modifications are permitted once the manufacturing order has been issued. This includes changes to dimensions or core designs. Minor adjustments that do not affect the structure (e.g., handles) may be considered only if technically feasible.
Section 3: Accuracy, Completeness, and Price Adjustments
Service and Price Modifications: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.
Validity of Information: We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions.
Product Display Accuracy: We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or phone screen will display colors accurately.
Section 4: Shipping, Delivery, and Technical Observations
- Delivery Time: Estimated shipping times are displayed on the product page and are calculated in business days.
- Technical Observations (Minor Defects): Minor technical imperfections may appear upon delivery. We commit to addressing and fixing these issues immediately at the time of delivery or within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt.
- Spirit of Cooperation: We are committed to resolving all technical issues for the customer. In return, we expect the customer to cooperate with us to provide the technical opportunity for repairs to ensure the best possible result.
- Shipping Data Accuracy: The customer is responsible for providing a precise address. Any additional fees resulting from incorrect data will be borne by the customer.
Section 5: Return and Warranty Policy
Partial Refund (75%): A product may be returned for a refund (excluding shipping fees) within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. A 25% restocking and re-manufacturing fee will be deducted from the total amount.
Full Refund: A full refund is available only in cases of damage during shipping or a fundamental and obvious discrepancy from the agreed-upon design (such as a completely different color or wood type).
Warranty: We provide a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, which includes: hinges, wood warping, veneer separation, and drawer mechanisms.
Section 6: Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
Section 7: Third-Party Links and Personal Information
Third-Party Links: Certain content or services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party websites.
Personal Information: Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Section 8: Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others; (c) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code; (d) to harass, abuse, or insult others; (e) to collect or track the personal information of others.

Saveit Furniture, our directors, or employees shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the service or any products procured using the service, except as expressly provided in the warranty clause.

Governing Law: These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
