Return and Exchange Policy – Saveit Furniture
At Saveit, we are delighted to craft furniture specifically for you (Bespoke/Commission system). Because we believe in transparency and cooperation, we have established this policy to regulate the return and exchange process, ensuring the highest quality and a seamless shopping experience.
First: Nature of Products (Custom Manufacturing)
Please be advised that most of our products are manufactured based on your personal specifications (size, color, and type). This makes the return process different from "ready-made" or stocked items. We are strictly committed to matching the product to the specifications confirmed with you via WhatsApp.
Second: Return Cases (75% Refund of Value)
You may request to return the product and receive a refund within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

The furniture must be in its absolute original condition and original packaging.

A 25% restocking and re-manufacturing fee will be deducted from the total product value, as the piece was manufactured specifically for you.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer bears the cost of return shipping.
Third: Full Refund or Free Exchange Cases
Saveit Furniture is committed to exchanging the product or providing a full refund (100%) in the following cases only:

If the product sustains total damage during the shipping process (please inspect thoroughly upon delivery).

If there is a fundamental and obvious discrepancy between the received product and what was confirmed in the "Manufacturing Order" (e.g., a different type of wood or a completely different color).
Fourth: Handling Technical Observations (Minor Defects)
We strive for the highest quality standards. Should any minor technical observations (defects) appear upon delivery, our policy is based on "Repair and Resolution":

We commit to sending a specialized technician to address any technical observation (minor defect) within a maximum of 14 days from the date of reporting.

We always aim for a cooperative relationship with our customers; in return, we are dedicated to resolving all technical issues to ensure your total satisfaction with the piece.
Fifth: Order Cancellation or Modification

Before Production: You may modify or cancel the order and receive a full refund of the deposit before the manufacturing process begins.

After Production Starts: Fundamental modifications to the shape or size are not possible. If the order is canceled after production has commenced, a 25% fee of the total value will be deducted.
